黎明中,1945年生于江西樟树县，北京人,早年毕业于江西大学哲学糸,曾任江西省委办公厅主任、江西省政府秘书长，省政协常委、文史委主任、全国政协研究室副主任等职(正局级)。

    其书作多次在国内外参展并获奖,《中国书法》、《中国书画报》等媒体发表和报导，受到社会各界好评，其作品被北京人民大会堂、中央国家机关等收藏,曾在中国美术馆举办个人书法展。习书刻苦，工于行草，兼学隶篆,启功、王学仲等先生评论其作品“散透着大气、秀气、灵气和才气”。中国徐悲鸿画院副院长兼创作中心主任。江西省书法家协会名誉主席,中国书法家协会会员。

　　Limingzhong was born in Zhangshu County, Jiangxi Province in 1945. He was a native of Beijing. He graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Jiangxi University in his early years. He served as director of the General Office of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, secretary-general of the Jiangxi Province Government, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, director of the Literature and History Committee, and deputy director of the Research Office of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (at the bureau level).

　　His books have been exhibited at home and abroad many times and have won awards. They have been published and reported by media such as "Chinese Calligraphy" and "China Painting and Calligraphy News", and have been well received by all walks of life. His works have been collected by the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, central state agencies, etc., and have been held in China Art Museum holds a personal calligraphy exhibition. Mr. Qi Gong, Wang Xuezhong and other Mr. Wang Xuezhong commented that his works are "full of atmosphere, elegance, aura and talent."
