院长:馮法祀
馮法祀，1914年生于安徽廬江，1937年畢業于南京中央大學，獲學士學位。1946年被聘爲北平藝術專科學校教授，協助徐悲鴻先生主持教學工作。1950年9月中央美術學院成立，擔任繪畫系主任。解放後被中央人民政府聘爲北京市規劃委員會藝術委員。曾先後擔任中央美術學院教授，繪畫系主任，中央美術學院徐悲鴻畫室導師，徐悲鴻國際藝術研究會主席，中國徐悲鴻畫院院長，名譽院長。獲國務院“爲中國文化藝術事業作出突出貢獻的藝術家”稱號，享受政府特殊津貼。主要作品《刘胡兰就义》、《雁荡山》、《西双版纳》等。馮法祀先生2009年7月16日晚因突發性大面積心悸梗塞在北京辭世，享年九十四歲。
Professor Feng Fasi was born in Lujiang, Anhui in 1914 and graduated from Nanjing Central University with a bachelor's degree in 1937. In 1946, he was hired as a professor at Beiping Art College to assist Mr. Xu Beihong in leading teaching work. In September 1950, the Central Academy of Fine Arts was established and served as the head of the Painting Department. After liberation, he was appointed as an art commissioner of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission by the Central People's Government. He has served as a professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, head of the Painting Department, mentor at Xu Beihong's studio at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, chairman of the Xu Beihong International Art Research Association, president and honorary dean of the China Xu Beihong Painting Academy. Awarded the title of "Artist who has made outstanding contributions to China's cultural and artistic undertakings" by the State Council and enjoys special government allowances. His main works include "Liu Hulan's Martyrdom", "Yandang Mountain", "Xishuangbanna", etc. Mr. Feng Fasi passed away in Beijing on the evening of July 16, 2009, at the age of 94, due to sudden and widespread palpitations
