梁朝水、男、壯族、1967年生,廣西壯族自治區欽州市人,畢業于廣西藝術學院美術系,深造于中央美術學院油畫系。中國美術家協會會員。中國徐悲鴻畫院油畫院副院長。

     Liang Chaoshui, male, Zhuang nationality, born in 1967 in Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Guangxi Academy of Arts and further studied in the Oil Painting Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts. Member of the China Artists Association. Vice President of the Oil Painting Academy of China Xu Beihong Academy.
