賴祖金、1939年生、福建廈門人。早年畢業于廈門大學，先後擔任外交部處長、中國駐新加坡大使馆文化參贊、中國駐巴基斯坦大使馆文化參贊、文化部僑聯常務副主席、文化部僑聯中國徐悲鴻畫院常務副院長等職。(正局級)

   Lai Zujin, born in Xiamen, Fujian in 1939, graduated from Xiamen University in his early years. He has served as the Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Overseas Chinese Federation of Culture, and Executive Vice President of the Chinese Xu Beihong Painting Institute of the Chinese Overseas Chinese Federation of Culture (at the bureau level).
