杨秀祝
楊秀祝，男，漢族，畢業於中央黨校研究生院。曽先後任職中國公安部、民政部（局级) 。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長。
Yang Xiuzhu, male, Han ethnicity, graduated from the Graduate School of the Central Party School. Previously served in the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Civil Affairs (at the bureau level). The current Vice President of the Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China.
